These sessions were incredibly empowering and helped me learn techniques and skills to handle my stress and anxiety. The sessions were a mixture of more practical sessions working on understanding the science behind my feelings and coming up with coping techniques. The other sessions were in a more talking therapy style were I was able to talk over the problems and anxieties I was facing. Both I found very useful in different ways”

What I found most helpful was being able to talk through my problems with a neutral third party. Having a supportive neutral outlet helped me unpack the issues I was dealing with and greatly helped reduce the stress that I was feeling. I also found the multiple stress coping strategies and techniques such as power poses, grounding and the STOP technique continuously helpful and have been able to successfully implement them in a variety of situations and have found them to be very effective and useful. Furthermore having the scientific source of my anxiety explained to me helped me come to grips with how it was impacting me and made the coping strategies make more sense to me and increased their effectiveness
