Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques, we will investigate and agree your personal goals and then work together to implement practical strategies and meaningful techniques.

NOTICE: the unhelpful habits and negative thoughts.
Deciding to work with Reframe U is a really positive start in noticing negativity so the work has already begun! We will explore issues which are troubling you, enabling you to notice negative beliefs and the patterns of behaviour you have developed which fuel this.
UNDERSTAND: the triggers and causes of the negative thoughts and patterns of thinking.
We will look at the physiological impact of stress and anxiety. We will identify the inner critic and how this can make us feel inadequate and incapable leading us to choose dysfunctional patterns of behaviour which become our default position. We will explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours to understand why we behave in unproductive and limiting ways and why we keep on doing this.
MANAGE: the negative thoughts and habits by reframing with positive, productive behaviours.
We will identify and implement strategies and techniques to break the cycle and reframe the negative behaviours with positive, functional patterns. We will identify the inner coach and build confidence to respond to positive, functional thoughts. Together we will create strategies should you notice the inner critic getting louder to keep you on track.
